What is ready to review
The three sequences use the saved HTML as their application interface. The project menus, lists, tables, draft cards and detail screens preserve the captured markup and styles. Chrome-like browser windows open only when needed on the supplied construction-site wallpaper. Each instruction appears first, then the cursor approaches its target and waits for Next to click. The opening separates Open VoPro, Press Record, and Choose CCB Remodel. Procore stays unopened until the grouped verification instruction: RFI step 9, Daily Log step 9, or Observation step 10. Next opens it and plays the tool, list and date navigation through to the record, without additional presenter stops. VoPro remains behind the newly opened Procore window. Rewinding before the handoff minimizes Procore again. Square VoPro and Procore desktop shortcuts use SVG emblems with titles below. The cursor approaches the corresponding icon and waits for Next; the window opens from that icon. The taskbar is hidden. Instructions float over a shaded desktop overlay.
Presenter controls: Begin, Previous, Next and Restart. Each instruction waits for Next to perform its actions. Related actions play together under that instruction; the original mouse movements, local updates and feedback remain. Capture, reading and review scrolling animate once on entry, then hold. Next or the right arrow can skip a running voice fill. The left arrow returns to the previous instruction; during a grouped sequence it restarts that instruction from its beginning. There is no separate Play button, mode toggle or speed selector. The Steps list supports direct review; Full screen keeps the presentation controls available.
The opening has three separate presenter steps: open VoPro, press Record in the lower left, and choose CCB Remodel. All three modules open on a centered VoPro title on black, following the supplied Flowmaster reference, and fade back to the title after the final step. All three project pickers show CCB Remodel, Lodha Towers and Antilia Towers, plus Personal Notes. The redundant empty-transcript steps are removed. Each transcript fills in seven seconds with a one-second hold. Voice bars stop when capture finishes. Summary and My Drafts are reached through explicit cursor travel and clicks on the outgoing captured page. There are 10 RFI, 10 Daily Log and 11 Observation presenter steps, built from all 51 original animation scenes. Each workflow has two instructions after the final acceptance/transfer. Daily Log’s final review runs for 12 seconds: click each sidebar section and sweep sideways once. Other destination reviews scroll through the transferred information. Observation adds and saves its photo without an intermediate upload stop. Observation’s final instruction also checks the attached photo and sets the status to In Review.
Dark mode and Music on are the defaults, with explicit saved preferences retained. The title is silent; Begin fades in the looping background track, and the ending fades it out. Restart stops and resets the music.
Each approval waits for Next and includes a short branded transfer overlay: the viewport dims, a record moves from the VoPro mark to the full Procore vector logo, and a check confirms the destination. Observation and photo approvals stay separate; the photo uses the photo-transfer cue and is already attached when reviewed in Procore. This is simulated presentation feedback; these files do not create live records. Scene durations exclude navigation, opening and ending transitions. Presenter waiting time is unlimited.
| Phase | Delivered | Review focus |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Foundation and RFI | Dashboard, browser frame, player and 11-step RFI sequence. | Project → voice → summary → draft → Accept → Procore home → RFIs → request and fields. |
| 2 · Daily Log | 21-step sequence with the grouped report and captured result tables. | 12 source blocks; October 2 calendar selection; 11 captured result entries across seven categories. |
| 3 · Observation | 24-step sequence with separate record/photo reviews and the manual status update. | The photo completion and linking steps are reconstructed continuations, described below. |
| 4 · Browser checks | Screen, data and interaction review. Detailed results are in Browser verification.json. | Layout, controls, transcript progress, photo placement and source preservation. |
| 5 · MP4s | Paused before export, as requested. | Review and approve the browser version first. |
Where the information comes from
The assembly follows Jeffrey’s October 2 walkthrough and timestamped transcript, the script snapshot checked October 2 at 9:46 PM PDT, and the 38 supplied UI captures. No fresh live Notion check was performed during this build. The original HTML files are unchanged.
The selected scenarios are RFI 1: after-hours access, Daily Log 1: site preparation and dust protection, dated October 2, and Observation 1: dust-barrier gap. The spoken-text animations are cleaned, scripted reconstructions; they are not a verbatim transcription of the meeting audio. RFI’s cost-code request comes from the written script.
Player brand styling
The annotation band carries the supplied refined VoPro color SVG at the bottom right, copied unchanged from the local design-system assets. The label above each title shows only the step status, such as Capture, Review or Accept. The presentation uses the supplied VoPro Design System: Archivo for headings and step numbers, with Arial for body text and controls. Archivo is bundled locally for offline playback; its SIL Open Font License is included in the assets folder. The player uses VoPro Cyan (#00C3D0), VoPro Magenta (#FF2D55), Blueprint Night (#0B1A23) and related blue/pink shades. The primary button uses a deeper magenta (#D51F47) for readable white text. Captured application pages retain their original typography and styling.
Acceptance feedback and pacing
RFI, Daily Report, Observation and Photo acceptance each show a green Accepted button, accepted status on the draft card, and a green confirmation inside VoPro. The click occurs about 1.4 seconds into the acceptance animation; the presenter can hold on the result. Advancing manually performs the same confirmation before continuing. The confirmation remains on screen for at least 2.2 seconds. The pointer then takes 0.9 seconds to reach the rear tab, followed by 1.18 seconds of window motion.
This success feedback is presentation behavior requested for the mockup, not a new capture of the live application. Rewinding clears it for replay; returning to the retained VoPro window preserves the accepted state.
Fidelity decisions
- The dashboard uses the requested presentation data: 12 meetings, 2 teams and six current tasks about A101S, the occupied-building access route, RFI 007, facilities coordination and October 8 mobilization. Due dates replace the old task ages. These are mockup tasks, not verified live records. All sidebar tools after Inspections are grouped under an expandable More… control; My Drafts and recording remain visible. Recording-toggle highlights follow the pill shape.
- Every project chooser omits Sandbox Test Project and Standard Project Template. RFI and Observation highlight and click the View button in the appropriate row before opening its details.
- The desktop arrangement follows the overlapping-window presentation in Alexander’s Flowmaster reference. The wallpaper is his supplied “wallpaper for pm.jpg,” copied unchanged. Procore’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links are removed only in the demo copies; the Powered by Procore footer remains.
- VoPro uses its existing light theme, matching the walkthrough. The saved source’s stale sessions, unrelated draft cards and old queue counts are cleared in the demo copies.
- The project label is shortened to “CCB Remodel,” following Jeffrey’s direction. The browser addresses use the captured source URLs; the tabs do not connect to those live services.
- The saved Procore project-home Information and Dates panels were missing their component styles. Their existing content is preserved, with reconstructed styling matched to the surrounding Procore cards. These two panels need a final visual comparison with the live home page.
- The RFI and Observation draft cards and the grouped Daily Report are cloned from actual VoPro HTML. The recording drawer and all Procore result tables come from the supplied captures.
- Summary content is reconstructed from the script and meeting in the existing recording drawer. The photo-details form follows the meeting image, because that populated state was not supplied as HTML.
- The Procore Attach Files shell comes from the saved HTML. Its file-selection content, pending thumbnail and completed photo attachment are reconstructed. The status dropdown’s options are reconstructed around the recorded Initiated → Ready For Review action.
- Actions are scripted browser-mockup actions. No live RFI, daily log, observation, photo upload or notification is created.
Transfer details that need to stay visible
| Flow | Preserved evidence and limits |
|---|---|
| RFI | The destination remains #007 with due date 10/5/2026, A101S, Marcus Ellison / Continuum, Dana Kowalski / City of Madison, Tom Radley, Meridian Builders and the DCR location. It still shows Vedant Pandey as manager/creator, despite the request for Jeffrey. Stage, Specification and Cost Code remain blank. The demo does not silently fill them or imply that every requested value transferred. |
| Daily Log | The grouped source has 12 blocks; the captured destination has 11 entries. Meridian has 3 workers × 8 hours = 24. Badger has 4 workers and 0 recorded hours; eight hours were not supplied for that crew. Equipment names are not filled in the structured Equipment Name cells; descriptions remain in Comments. Weather, a separate Visitors record and tomorrow’s Scheduled Work are not shown as verified transferred result entries. The recorded negative-safety validation defect is omitted from the intended flow; that omission does not represent a verified product fix. |
| Observation | Tom Radley is in Distribution, not a field renamed “Reviewer.” The actual destination dates remain 10/3/2026. The meeting was recorded locally on October 2; the date boundary is unresolved. This is treated as a separate October 3 observation scenario for review, not as a confirmed timezone conversion. The sequence ends at Ready For Review, with no claim that the gap is repaired or the record is closed. |
Photo continuation to confirm
The entrance photo has been corrected to the gap itself, following Alexander’s October 3 feedback. This demo uses a 1920 × 1080 frame at 00:02 from the approved Shot 04 v3 clip and shows a manual sequence: finish the photo draft → accept the photo separately → open Procore’s Attach Files → choose the image → submit the status update with the attachment.
The completed photo states are proposed mockup states. The required album/category behavior, exact selected-file presentation and final attachment layout still need validation against the live product or a completed capture. The photo form’s Image category stays unselected; the current saved form’s album helper is retained. Do not use these finishing states as proof of a successful live photo integration.
Files and timing
Scene timing and sources.csv lists every step, hold duration and source. Workflow manifest.json preserves the complete scene definition for editing. Keep this folder and its assets folder together; the demo works locally without a development server.
